LJ Belsito is a retired Captain in the U.S. Public Health Service, a registered nurse, and a competitive strength athlete.
With a clinical background and years of hands-on coaching experience, LJ brings a unique perspective to strength training—one that prioritizes safety, structure, and long-term health.

Professional Background
LJ Belsito brings more than three decades of clinical and leadership experience to his work as a strength coach.
He is a retired Captain in the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) and a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in case management, rehabilitation, and complex care coordination. His healthcare background includes leadership roles in hospital systems, high-tech home care, rehabilitation settings, and federal service with the FDA.
LJ is a Nationally Certified Case Manager (CCM) and has been recognized as a Top Registered Nurse and Case Manager by the International Association of Nurses.
